Many of you have heard me talk about the different types of icing that I like to use for my cakes, but this will the first time that I demonstrate how to make them all. Come prepared to see how Swiss meringue buttercream, American buttercream, milk chocolate ganache are made!

  • All attendees (children and adults) must register/pay for their spot in the class.
  • Children 13 and older may attend without a parent/adult.
  • Children 8 years and older must attend with a parent/adult.
  • This is a DEMO-STYLE class where I will demostrate in detail how to make each icing  from scratch.
  • All students will leave with recipes and samples of each icing.
  • This is a beginner-intermediate level workshop is limited to ten (10) students.
